RETURN POLICY

Custom backdrops are made-to-order based on the options you select. No cancellations, exchanges or returns will be accepted once your order is sent to production. Please check the design, size and material before placing your order. All sales are final.

If we allow an exchange, under certain circumstances (an exchange for the same design in a larger size or different material). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping, and up to a 50% stocking fee, as we will have to add the backdrop to clearance. If you are approved for an exchange, a new order must be placed for the same design in a different size or material. The original backdrop must then be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt in brand new condition. If the backdrop is used and dirty, UUFelice Studio Backdrops will issue a refund based on the condition of the backdrop. We only allow exchanges for the same design. We cannot accept any seasonal/holiday exchanges if it's less than 30 days until that holiday/season. For example, when cannot exchange any Christmas backdrops after Nov. 25th.

 If you receive a damaged product, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT with photos of the damage to the packaging and damage to the backdrop. Photo must be received within 48 hours of receipt. If there is a "damaged" stamp, please provide us with a photo of the stamp and file number. These photos are required for us to file a claim. After we have received the photos of the damage, you will receive an affidavit that needs to be signed a returned. Once the images and affidavit are received, a replacement backdrop will be sent into production immediately.

How long can I make a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after receive. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted. So, please open the package and check the items when you received them.
2. We can accept return, but you need pay the return shipping fee. We will not offer the return label. 

3. Submit a return request at contact Us to Customer Service. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.


Please open your package within 48 hours of receipt. If you received the wrong product by mistake, or there are any issues, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt. If it is our error, we will create a new order for a replacement. We do not offer refunds.

 

Our backdrops are printed in CMYK color and your monitor is showing you RGB color. The colors you see on the website are intended to be used as a guide as there may be variances in color with different monitor calibrations. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer’s computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match the example as it appears on your monitor. Grunge/texture/distressing may be found on some designs and is intentional. No refunds or returns are given for color differences.
